One common problem in bathrooms is limited space.
One of our most favorite clients recently had us do one of our
favorite things to solve their small, hall bath problem:
TEAR OUT THAT WALL!
Gladly, we took a small space and made it bigger.

So, take the tour:
First, we surveyed the situation and determined what could and could not be moved.
Wall came out, but some piping had to stay and be built around.
Client had a great idea: build a custom cabinet over existing piping (as seen above).
She gained much needed space, and got the storage solution she was looking for.
Here, we gained extra space for the bathroom by incorporating part of an existing pantry.
Once the wall was rebuilt, custom cabinets (below) was built to hide pipe that could not be moved.
This cabinet was a great solution:
Storage on top, towel rack, and dirty clothes hamper below.
Using a pedestal sink gives the room a more spacious feel, as well,
while a flush-mount medicine cabinet provides more hidden storage.
Oiled-bronze finishes give the room a modern feel.
The original hall bath lacked a tub.
Creating a full bath adds value to a home.

A drop-in tub and tie surround are beautiful finishes,
but a modern class enclosure really gives the bathroom a grand finish,
showcasing the tile and keeping the room visually open.
