Recreational Shop

During the crazy summer of 2021,

the cost of doing construction rose at a

ridiculous rate.

2x4s tripled in price.

Concrete ceased to be available.

And trusses were back ordered for months.

But somehow, this happened:

In a space that was not really being used,

our clients imagined a storage area for

fun thing like a project car and workshop.

After much planning and designing,
a hole was dug, and stem walls formed up.

Normally, concrete would then be poured.
However, this year... it took a little longer.
But nonetheless, a concrete foundation finally happened.

Coming together inside!

Prepping for stucco:

And done!
