Large Patio Cover

In an effort to create more usable outdoor space,
our clients wished to create a much larger
covered patio over this space:

We tied the patio cover into the existing roof,
to create a seamless look and ultimate stability.

Again, being the summer of 2021,
we had to wait a while for the concrete...

That's one big lam beam!

Extra lighting and one cool, modern fan
were installed on the boxed ceiling:

Now the family has extra space to
spread out and enjoy outdoor living!

One more project finished :)

Recreational Shop

During the crazy summer of 2021,

the cost of doing construction rose at a

ridiculous rate.

2x4s tripled in price.

Concrete ceased to be available.

And trusses were back ordered for months.

But somehow, this happened:

In a space that was not really being used,

our clients imagined a storage area for

fun thing like a project car and workshop.

After much planning and designing,
a hole was dug, and stem walls formed up.

Normally, concrete would then be poured.
However, this year... it took a little longer.
But nonetheless, a concrete foundation finally happened.

Two-Toned Kitchen

This small, cramped kitchen
left a lot to be desired
for a large, active family
and one momma who loves to bake!

The plan was to incorporate this office
to provide the space we needed
to create a large kitchen with an island
and a walk-in pantry.

The Kitchen, AFTER:

By removing the wall between the kitchen and the office,
we were able to create a much more open space
with plenty of storage, including a walk-in pantry.

The pantry hides behind a gray-wash barn door.
Black hardware and finishes for a modern flair.
Ship lap on the island for a nod to Joanna Gaines.

An office nook tucks into the space next to the pantry.

LET'S GET TO BAKIN'!!
