Here is the addition almost completed. It added about 400 square feet to their current home.
The interior space provided a gallery hallway from the original house into their new master suite,
a large master bath with shower and clawfoot tub,
a walk-in closet,
and a large bedroom
with office nook
next to sliding glass doors leading onto a private deck.
