meant making some tough choices.

Losing the tub meant gaining a larger shower,
plus storage space next to the the vanity.

Before: The 3x3' shower stall with a plastic surround went big!
After: 36" x 48" shower with custom tile and mosaic surround.

To save on cost, the clients chose to keep their existing vanity
and dress it up with a bold new color, modern vessel sinks and faucets,
plus a subway backsplash and classy hardware on the vanity.

Choosing a modern chair-height toilet makes a big difference.

Even though the color choices in this small space
were bold, and darker than I would have suggested,
plenty of lighting (we added some recessed lights)
and keeping other surfaces light (shower tile, countertop, floor)
balanced the look perfectly.
All the pretty finishes:
Modern, framed mirrors.
White subway tile with gray grout.
Expensive granite (just kidding! Our wise clients chose to
go with a granite-look laminate. No annual sealing required! :)
Need extra storage?
In-stock wall cabinets stacked,
and painted to match the vanity.
A sliding glass door completes the shower.
Need to save money?
Stick with in-stock items (we prefer Lowes).
Special order items add cost and time to your renovation.
You'll be surprised at the great options available; our clients
found these square sinks and faucets in-stock at Lowes for a fraction of
the cost of most vessel sinks found online or in fancy fixture stores.
